- Within seven days of the date of purchase, the customer must send an email to support@diollo.in to begin the return or exchange process for a product purchased directly from www.diollo.in.
- The item will be picked up from the delivery location by a designated courier when the customer service staff approves the return.
- The product will be put through a quality check after the return is received at the warehouse. The product will be refunded after its unused status has been established.
- The customer is responsible for making sure the return product is addressed properly and enclosed in tamper-proof packaging.
- The product being returned must be in unused condition. It must be accompanied by a receipt for the purchase, the original warranty card, and all of the product’s original packaging, including hang tags and manuals. www.diollo.in will not accept the return if any one of these conditions is missing. Original condition refers to the watch being in its authentic state as it was when the purchaser purchased it from www.diollo.in, with no dents, scratches, or other blemishes. The product should be delivered with the security tags still attached, exactly as they were.
- When a product is delivered back to www.diollo.in, our designated service centre will examine it to check for any internal watch component “change of movement.” This is done to see if the watch’s exterior or any of its internal components have been tampered with. Normally, this procedure takes up to two business days. When the service centre confirms that the watch was of the expected quality, www.diollo.in will start the exchange or refund process for the product.
- From the time the returned item is examined and approved by the service center’s quality control staff, it will take at least 7 to 10 business days* to process any refund. The sum will be transferred back to the same account used to make the initial website payment.
- All “cash on delivery” refunds will be handled via RTGS/NEFT, and customers will be asked to provide their bank information in the format provided by www.diollo.in. The same account from which the payment was originally received will get a refund for the full value of any prepaid orders. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for covering any additional costs. The website-purchased accessories and smartwatches are exempt from the exchange policy.
- Any product that is returned but does not meet the standards set by the www.diollo.inservice centre will not be accepted for exchange or refund and will be sent back to the customer on a “to pay” basis in the same condition as when it was first delivered.
- In the event of a disagreement, www.diollo.in shall only be responsible for returning the full amount paid by the customer for the particular transaction and shall not be responsible for payment in any other form until the goods is received back in its original condition*. The conditions of this policy are subject to modification and/or revision by Diollo without previous notification.
